The School of Marketing respects and understands how important it is to be committed to the privacy of its participants and will never sell, share, or otherwise transfer your personal information to any third parties without your express permission. All details are kept on The School of Marketing databases only. Data will be owned by The School of Marketing and may be used for marketing purposes only with your express permission. Data will be stored on The School of Marketing  for transactional purposes relating toThe School of Marketing events and workshops. All data is held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

When registering withThe School of Marketing you may be required to provide your name, e-mail address, postal address and mobile phone and/or other personal information such as age and occupation. This information will not be provided to any third parties including any other participants without your express permission. The information provided is used in the following ways:

Contacting you with information relevant to your booked event, adding you to The School of Marketing mailing and text alert list (this list has an opt-out facility) for purposes of keeping you updated on a particular activity via newsletter (if you have agreed to this on our on-line booking form) and for managing transactional process, such as invoicing and payment for an event or teleseminar through The School of Marketing.*

* You will need to provide personal information and credit card details to PayPal or Google Checkout, who provide our secure online payment systems. In this instance, you will also be subject to PayPal’s/Google Checkout’s privacy policy. They will hold and transmit your personal information in a safe, confidential and secure environment. The School of Marketing will not hold a copy of your credit card details.

To allow you to register for a School of Marketing workshop or event, when your information is collected, it will only be used to advise you of forthcoming The School of Marketing events and for correspondence relating to any events for which you have booked. If you register with The School of Marketing your information is automatically added to our e-mail mailing list. The School of Marketing will also give you an option to unsubscribe to this if you choose.

We will never pass on e-mail addresses or other personal details to other attendees without your permission. The only exception being if we are required to do so by law for the purposes of a criminal investigation.

The School of Marketing has a strict anti-spam policy and will not send emails to anyone who has unsubscribed from our lists.
